On the nose it is elegant with typical aromas of red fruits, spices such as white pepper and licorice, as well as basil and violet flavors. Freshness on the palate with refreshing acidity, silky tannins and long aftertaste. Goes very well with meat dishes, tomato based stews, and even a simple meat and cheese platter.
